DMTI Appoints Industry Veteran Chris Lokos as Director of Services

Chris is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of Services experience. Prior to joining DMTI, he held various management positions at OSI Inc. (Agilent Technologies), Cramer Systems Group Ltd, Vitria Technology, Inc, and Openet Telecom Ltd. A strong customer driven innovator, Chris has spent the last fifteen years specializing in packaged software deployment, project management, operation support, and change management. Chris holds an Executive MBA from Queens School of Business, Queens University.

As a member of DMTIs Senior Management Team Arthur will lead DMTIs Software Development and Technology group and be responsible for creating a product strategy that speaks on behalf of the market and customers. His core objective will be to translate customer business challenges and develop technology solutions that solve their problems.

Leading DMTIs Content Solutions and Software Solutions groups Arthur will be responsible for creating and developing a comprehensive product roadmap that is customer centric in design and execution. This role marks an enhanced commitment to customer experience and represents our continued support and commitment to our customers and our growing technology.

Arthur brings over 25 years of experience managing the architecture, design and development of large spatial software systems to DMTI. Most recently Arthur was with Pitney Bowes Inc. managing the Advanced Concepts and Technology team. Arthur came to PB through the acquisition of MapInfo where he managed their Advanced Development Department. Arthur has an Honours Degree in Engineering from the University of Queensland in Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Photogrammetry from the International Institute of Aerial Survey and Earth Sciences.

Media Logic Appoints Nagy, Fiorenza, Hocker and O’Keefe

Media Logic recently appointed George Nagy to multimedia analyst, Melissa Fiorenza to the position of conversation manager, Ken Hocker to multimedia artist and James O’Keefe to interactive developer.

George Nagy joins Media Logic from Pitney Bowes Business Insight (formerly MapInfo), where he worked as a web strategist. As a multimedia analyst, he leads the process of measuring everything Media Logic delivers to clients and collaborates with the interactive, account and creative teams to design measurable marketing strategies. This includes establishing metrics and plans for measurement, complete implementation, efficient reporting (internal and external), analysis of data, deriving implications and making insightful recommendations to our clients. Nagy holds an associate’s degree in computer science from Hudson Valley Community College and a bachelor of science in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

As conversation manager, Melissa Fiorenza works with Media Logic client F.Y.E. – a leading entertainment industry retailer of music, movies, games and more – to establish the voice of F.Y.E. in social media and connect the brand with its customers and audience. Using Media Logic’s Zeitgeist & Coffee(sm) dashboard, she collaborates with client contacts and agency teams to monitor and manage F.Y.E.’s social dialogue across all platforms. Fiorenza graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and worked as a contributor at Time Inc.’s All You magazine prior to joining Media Logic.

In the position of multimedia artist, Ken Hocker collaborates with Media Logic’s creative and production staff to develop TV spots, video, websites and banner ads, among other multimedia products produced by the agency. He plays a vital role in designing rich media content that will excite and engage client audiences in a social world. Prior to joining Media Logic, Hocker held a designer position at Taylor Design and received a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Joining as an interactive developer, James O’Keefe creates, develops and implements interactive marketing solutions for all Media Logic clients. Working as a backend developer, his primary responsibilities include coding, debugging, content management system (CMS) implementation and integration of various APIs, widgets and other emerging media. Jim also participates in team strategic and tactical sessions, recommending new technologies and standards for enhancing interactive experiences. O’Keefe is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and previously held a designer position at Spiral Design Studio where he produced websites and web applications for a variety of regional clients.
